Parcels delivered within the UK are free. We negotiate with Royal Mail on all of our customer’s behalf to get the absolute cheapest price possible for UK shipping and then cover that cost our self. We have no intention of ever adding a shipping charge to UK deliveries so you can trade freely in the knowledge that this will never be a factor.
Overseas postage as i’m sure you appreciate is quite a bit more expensive, however as with UK deliveries we are in constant negotiations for the absolute best price on top international services. This means we are currently able to charge just £4 extra for delivery anywhere in the world. This could be subject to change depending on contracts we have, but it is unlikely.
GymConvict promises to dispatch your order within 48 hours of order confirmation. We cut off orders at 8pm each night and aim to dispatch all the following day, however in high traffic times this is extended to the day after. For example: An order placed at 6PM Monday will aim to dispatch by Tuesday afternoon, but in high traffic times this may be Wednesday afternoon. Our dispatch times to not include Saturday and Sunday.
These shipping times are our current average, many times items arrive before they should, however in a couple of cases they can be a little late (customs hold ups, Xmas post etc.)
Unfortunately due to our service agreements with Royal Mail, we have to wait longer to declare items as missing both within the UK and Internationally. UK deliveries we now have to wait 10 days from dispatch, and International deliveries we have to wait 28 days for Europe, and 28 days for Rest of World. These times can on occasion be reduced by purchasing signed for or tracked delivery.

Please note, we use First Class services within the UK, and many items can arrive extremely quickly (often 1-2 working days) however we have to advise that items can take their working day periods as stated in the average delivery time above.

If there are problems with the delivery of an order that you’ve placed with us, as of our website Terms and Conditions (available at checkout) that we have to receive confirmation of the potential issue from one of the third party services we use for delivery before proceeding to assist with your order, to ensure that neither us, our third party delivery services, and most importantly you as merchants aren’t left out of pocket having to resolve problems.
Occasionally a customer will want to return an item. Whilst we could supply a plethora of anecdotal examples of why, the fact is that it’s just a part of eCommerce. You can’t avoid this, and it will happen to you at some point, but it will help to know exactly what you can do in this situation.
First, find the issue your customer has. This should just be to see if there’s a way this issue can be resolved quickly, not to decide whether you’re going to accept the return. You are well within your rights to dictate your own return policy within the law, but as with every other aspect of running your business, how you handle returns will alter the view people have of your store. There is a reason they say “1% of the people make 99% of the noise”.
We follow a strict 14 day no quibble returns policy. This means that within 14 days of receipt we will accept your item back without fuss, we suggest you return the item to the below address along with your name, postcode and order number (if possible) and your preferred instruction (e.g exchange for a size small, issue refund etc.). If you return your item without this information, it may take us longer to process your return so please make sure it is included.
We extend this 14 day period for purchases made in the month of December, such purchases can be returned before the 14th January the following year. This is to allow peace of mind when buying gifts for the holiday period.
If you are outside of this 14 day period and your purchase was not made in December please contact us as in certain circumstances we may still accept the return.
Please note: We will only accept returned items in the same condition as they were sent, this means unworn, undamaged (unless the item arrived damaged) and with the labels still intact. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.
